Job Description
- Planning, Implementing and prioritizing Quality Assurance & Quality Control Systems and jobs as per Plant requirements w.r.t. Raw Materials, Packing materials, In process and Finished Products in coordination with concern departments.
- Establishing specification and Method of Analysis of Raw Materials, Packing materials, in process and Finished Products as per norms.
- Responsible for Leading and directing the QA/QC team.
- Ensure completeness of documentation and validation of process and analytical methods as per requirements.
- Provide leadership and technical expertise within Test Automation and Quality Assurance
- Monitoring of all the QA/QC activities, test results, product defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes.
- Ensuring that the development teams adhere to the principles, guidelines and best practices of the QA strategy as defined.
- Ensure the proper usage of available tools to gain the maximum benefit of the QA effort. This includes testing tools for functional, performance, automation, etc.
