1. Lead the development and execution of comprehensive people strategies for the entire Region, aligning with McDonald's overall business goals.
2. Oversee all aspects of the restaurant employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
3. Champion a culture of high employee engagement, fostering open communication and building pride and energy within the team. Build various platforms for idea generation, grievance redressal & connects with store employees.
4. Manage the recruitment process to ensure all restaurants are staffed & trained with quality talent to ensure uninterrupted business operations in all day parts
5. Drive the effective implementation of all HR processes, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations with 100% audit execution and consequence management
6. Identify and create risk mitigation plans to ensure a positive ER/IR environment at stores. Ability to react swiftly and tactically to any critical situations at stores liaising with internal & external stakeholders.
7. Manage all store related investigations related to employee grievance, POSH, ER/IR notices, absconding cases and disciplinary concerns at stores keeping the highest level of integrity adherence to organizational code of conduct, & local laws.
8. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, identifying and nurturing future leaders at restaurant and management levels through development & execution of Individual development plans.
9. Implement initiatives at store level to improve employee retention and create a positive and energizing work environment.
10. Act as a trusted advisor & gate keepers of organizational values & process to Field Business Leadership, providing strategic HR counsel and guidance.
11. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across various departments.
12. Analyze HR data and metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
