Key skills for the job
1. Operates after exit of 31Q - on governing the execution of the various called out priorities for the year, across priority initiatives and projects on Growth & Cost
2. Keep account of all priority projects and initiatives for the year
3. Identify the cross functional team, leads and core capability to execute the project
4. Facilitate a tight scope for all priority projects
5. Analyze data from projects and create dashboards
6. Drive milestones with leads and highlight red flags / risks to relevant stakeholders
7. Work with project leads on a one-on-one basis to ensure projects are moving ahead in a desired manner
8. Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations to maintain alignment and momentum.
9. Establish and maintain governance forums through monthly review meetings to ensure projects achieve their business goals
10. Periodically reports finding and updates on on-going projects to all stakeholders on predefined frequency
11. Audit project execution at the stores
12. Maintain repository of all the projects, best bets and learnings for all priority initiative and enable knowledge transfer of the learnings from previous completed projects
13. Establish & Improve processes for PMO including Governance forums, tools and orientation of all team members

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and measure project success.
- Experience in market research, market analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
