Job Description
MEDCODE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for QA Professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- Quality Control and Testing:Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to validate software, products, or systems
- Conduct various types of testing such as functional, regression, performance, and usability testing
- Quality Standards and Compliance:Ensure adherence to quality standards, industry regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to the product or service
- Conduct audits, reviews, and assessments to ensure processes meet established standards
- Defect Management:Identify, document, and track defects or issues discovered during testing or quality assessments
- Collaborate with development or production teams to resolve identified issues
- Process Improvement:Analyze processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement quality-enhancing measures
- Develop and optimize quality assurance procedures and methodologies
- Documentation and Reporting:Create and maintain detailed documentation related to quality processes, test cases, and reports
- Generate reports on quality metrics, test results, and compliance status for stakeholders
- Training and Support:Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance practices, tools, and methodologies
- Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are met
- Skills and Qualifications:Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Proficiency in QA testing tools, methodologies, and test automation
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues
- Attention to detail and ability to work systematically
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
