Assistant Environment Manager

Job Responsibility:-

1. Monitoring of ETP- DAF, MBR, Reverse Osmosis, Stripper, MEE and ATFD Systems.

2. Conduct environmental and safety inspection of both operation and facilities, identify safety hazards, reporting of near miss and recommend corrective measures.

3. Management & handling of hazardous waste, E-waste, and other waste and maintain their records and disposal accordingly to the authorized agency through hazardous waste manifest.

4. Eco Vadis certification

a) Assist to collect the site wise data for the Eco Vadis certifications

b) Track the Action plan to close the audit gaps.

c) Ensure the validity of the certificates and its compliances

5. To be indent material and raised job order and for any breakdown occurred in plant.

6. Supervision/Issuance of EHS Permits and maintain the records as per SOP.

7. I.M.S

a) Ensure to implement Integrated Management System (ISO-14001, ISO-45001 etc.)

b) Develop IMS Manual Polices, aligning with implemented management System.

c) Tracking or RC & EHS objective.

d) MIS Coordination & review

e) Monitoring Review & and documentation of EHS Performance.

f) Coordination with the site EHS team for EC, CTE, CTO, CCOE, & Dish compliance.

8. Coordination with all EHS Sr. Officer, Officers & Technical Supporting Staff.

9. Coordination during various audits (IMS, Internal & External) and Govt. Officials visits.

10. Coordination in upgradation of existing Effluent treatment facility and keep records of trials.

11. Effluent streams studies & trouble shooting of the ETP, ensure efficient operation, maintenance and monitoring of ETP.

12. Assist in the development and implementation of effective health and safety awareness program/trainings.

13. Provide suggestions & recommendation for resolution of health & safety concern, training to employees related to general safety and environment.

14. Collection of data & generate reports of Water, energy, waste, fuel, &etc. for sustainability
