Senior Product Software Engineer

Job Description - Senior Developer (backend)

Industry Experience: 8-10 yrs.

Remit

• Development and release of Belgium products
• Providing support and mentoring junior staff
• Reviewing code
• Consult with internal and external stakeholders to determine the scope and requirements of software projects
• Develop high-quality, efficient, reusable, and reliable visual C++ code
• Experience in building on-premises applications
• Implement performance optimization, security, debugging, and testing tools
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in visual C++ development

The following mandatory skill set is required for the engineer:

• Proven experience as a visual C++ developer
• Proficient in using Microsoft Visual Studio IDE and other development tools
• Familiarity with Windows API, MFC, COM/DCOM, ATL/WTL libraries
• Writing Unit Tests
• Use of Mocking Frameworks.

Solution Design, follow Code review practices, Application Architecture
