Accounts Executive & MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection & Management

• Collect, consolidate, and verify data from various departments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  
• Organize raw data into standardized, easily understandable formats for reporting and analysis.
  

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze data in alignment with business objectives and specific management briefs.
  
• Interpret trends, variances, and key insights to support decision-making.
  
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for senior management in a concise, actionable format.
  

3. MIS Reporting

• Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and performance tracking tools.
  
• Generate accurate and timely reports related to finance, operations, and other business functions.
  

4. Accounts Support

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger management, bank reconciliations, and invoice processing.
  
• Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.
  
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Macros, etc.) Must
  
• Working knowledge of Advanced Excel functions and formulas.
  
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP for accounting.
  
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  
• 23 years of relevant experience in Accounts and MIS functions.
