We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our organization. Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.

3. Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable.
4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
5. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
6. Coordinate with various departments for smooth office operations.
7. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed.
8. Support HR/admin teams with scheduling interviews or appointments.
9. Handle basic inquiries and provide information about the organization.
