This is a high-impact role at the intersection of recruitment, sales, and account management. You will build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates(CXOs) in the Public Policy and ESG space, driving business growth while delivering exceptional service.
You will own the full cycle: from business development and client acquisition, through to managing search mandates and advising on talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development and Sales:
- Build relationships with decision-makers at corporations, consulting firms, NGOs, and government agencies.
- Develop and pitch tailored talent solutions and proposals to new and existing clients.
- Meet revenue, growth, and activity targets.
Recruitment and Delivery:
- Manage end-to-end executive search and recruitment assignments (briefing, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, closing).
- Leverage market intelligence and research to map candidate landscapes.
- Identify, engage, and nurture top talent across Public Policy, Regulatory Affairs, ESG, and Sustainability fields.
- Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salaries, skills, and opportunities.
Account Management:
- Maintain and grow relationships with key clients by offering a consultative approach and excellent service delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies in Public Policy and ESG.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, leading to repeat business and referrals.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 4+ years of experience in Business Development or Consulting roles
