Job Title: Regional Head - Human Resources
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to serve as the Regional Head of HR for a designated region. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing regional HR and Admin teams, ensuring the effective implementation of company policies across sales divisions. The role involves end-to-end talent management, learning and development, and branch-level administrative oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all HR operations supporting the regional sales function.
- Design and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and drive sales performance.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to assess workforce needs and execute talent acquisition strategies.
- Oversee performance management, employee development, and region-specific training programs.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Ensure branch-level infrastructure standards, hygiene, and adherence to employment laws and internal policies.
Key Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices specific to sales environments.
- Expertise in sourcing, evaluating, and attracting high-performing sales talent.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing HR teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Ability to design and deliver effective, sales-focused L&D programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and drive strategic decisions.
- Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 80% marks in both 10th and 12th standard.
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience; fluency in the regional language is mandatory.
- MBA from a top-tier institution is preferred.
