Commercial Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for timely invoicing,proforma invoice,Delivery Challans,Credit notes.

2.Verify billing data accuracy ,including pricing quantities discounts,schemes.

3.Coordinate with sales , operations and dispatch team to resolve billing discrepancies and issues .

4.Prepare MIS Report and analysis for management reveiw and decision making

5.stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to billing and invoicing .

6-should have knowledge of E-invoicing

Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelors degree in Accounting , Finance or related field .

2 - Background logistics will be added advantage .

3-Knowledge of Busy ( Accounting Software) will be added advantage .

4- Schooling from NAVODAYA will be prefered.

5-Proven Experience as a billing executive or similiar role preferably in a medical industry.

6-Strong Knowledge of billing and invoicing procedures.

7-Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers with internal teams .

8-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadline in as fast paced enviroment

9-profieciency in Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel for data analysis and reporting

10-Problem solving skills and he abilty to resolve billing related issues effieciently .
