Costing Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Strong Documentation Exposure

• Proficient in process cost calculation. Conduct costing analysis for new projects, including material takeoff, labor estimation, and overhead calculations.
  
• Develop detailed project reports with cost estimates and recommendations for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
  
• Analyze data from previous projects to identify trends and areas for cost reduction.
  
• Provide technical support during plant trials and commissioning phases.
• Knowledge of Drawings, ECN Handlings & PCR Handlings
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field (costing engineer).
  
• B.Tech/B.E. degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
  
• Strong understanding of process cost calculation, line balancing, cycle time study, documentation, and industrial engg principles.
