Quantitative Trading Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities -

• Assist with the administration of the Firm s Media Transfer process, which is designed to ensure proper approval and documentation of files entering or leaving Firm systems, for Trading Groups that deploy Systematic and Quantitative Trading Strategies.

• Help to review materials to verify that files entering or leaving Firm systems do not violate the Firm s internal policies as well as contractual, legal or regulatory obligations.

• Respond to requests to initiate Media Transfer processes received from Trading Groups.

• Track requests and provide regular updates regarding the status of in-progress materials reviews.

• Engage with Technology teams to ensure process continuity for each Media Transfer request.

Qualifications/Skills Required -

• 2+ years of experience at a technology firm, bank/broker, buy-side firm, or similar organization.

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Finance, Economics or similar with a strong academic record.

• An understanding of model-based trading and investment/execution algorithms is preferred.

• General understanding of programming languages such as Python is strongly preferred.

• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and experience using AI tools is preferred.

• Strong analytical / conceptual problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Strong sense of ownership and personal responsibility.

• Strong organizational stills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage deadlines while successfully completing assignments.

• Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others.
