Salesforce QA

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Salesforce QA Engineer to ensure the quality and integrity of our Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. This role requires an expert in manual and automated testing, who can identify bugs, drive best practices, and collaborate across teams to deliver flawless functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Case Design: Create thorough test cases covering all areas of SalesforceUI, data integrity, workflows, integrations, and security.
• Test Execution: Manually execute test scenarios across Salesforce platforms (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) to uncover issues.
• Defect Logging: Record identified defects with detailed descriptions, screenshots, and reproduction steps, and coordinate with developers for fixes.
• Regression Testing:Conduct end-to-end regression testing to validate new features and ensure stability in existing functionality.
• Automation Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Salesforce testing tools to enhance efficiency and test coverage.
• Collaboration: Partner with developers, BAs, and PMs to gather requirements, prioritize testing efforts, and relay status and risks.
• Quality Assurance: Promote quality best practices throughout the lifecycle and be a vocal advocate for excellence at every step.

Required Skills

• Salesforce Knowledge: Strong command over core Salesforce functionality and configurations across multiple clouds.
• Testing Methodologies: Proficiency in black-box, white-box, regression, integration, performance, and UAT.
• Test Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with Selenium, Apex, or similar automation frameworks.
• Defect Management: Strong knowledge of bug tracking systems, especially Jira.
• Agile Methodology: Familiar with Agile principles and working in iterative, fast-paced environments.
