Informatica IICS Lead - Python/ETL/SQL (8-12 yrs)

Job Description :

We are actively seeking a seasoned Informatica IICS Lead with 8+ years of solid experience in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cloud Application Integration, Cloud Data Integration, and a deep understanding of database systems, especially Oracle Exadata and AWS RDS.

The role also requires hands-on leadership capabilities and the ability to architect high-performance, scalable data integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement data integration solutions using Informatica IICS.

- Develop advanced mappings, workflows, and transformations using Cloud Application Integration and Cloud Data Integration.

- Utilize IICS components for data flow, orchestration, and B2B integration.

- Architect cloud-based ETL processes to integrate on-premise and cloud data sources.

- Ensure scalability, performance tuning, and fault tolerance of data pipelines.

- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Informatica IICS, providing strategic recommendations and solution designs.

- Leverage platform features (IICS, CAI, CDI) to deliver robust and reusable solutions.

- Strong command over Oracle Exadata, AWS RDS, and SQL performance tuning.

- Experience in partitioning, query optimization, and handling large-scale data processing.

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices.

- Conduct code reviews, guide solution design, and support team performance growth.

- Enforce data governance standards, data quality, and metadata lineage using EDC and Axon.

- Coordinate with security teams to ensure data privacy and compliance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements.

- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfers to internal teams.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IICS Cloud Application Integration & Cloud Data Integration.

- Expertise in Oracle Exadata and AWS RDS.

- Advanced SQL and ETL performance tuning knowledge.

- Python scripting knowledge is an added advantage.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proven experience in leading teams, mentoring developers, and driving technical execution.

- Experience with Informatica EDC and Axon for metadata management and data governance.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
