Senior Developer - OpenAI (5-7 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer to join our team and lead the development efforts for Azure OpenAI projects.

This role involves leveraging the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and cloud technologies to build innovative solutions that drive business value.

As a Senior Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying AI models and advanced applications on the Azure platform.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Experience :

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI and machine learning development, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.

- Experience with Azure is highly desirable.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, reactjs and nodejs, nextjs with experience in developing and deploying the AI solutions.

Azure Expertise :

- Hands-on experience with Azure services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, and Azure DevOps.

- Proficiency with OpenAI models and frameworks (e.g., GPT-3, GPT-4, Codex).

- Experience with AI ethics and responsible AI practices.

- Use Prompt engineering techniques to leverage the best LLM models.

- Experience with Azure pipelines and automated deployment process.

Communication :

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving :

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Team Player :

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Experience in leading and mentoring team members is a plus.

- Certifications in Azure and AI-related fields.
