Laravel Developer - PHP Frameworks (7-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laravel Developer with a strong aptitude for project management and team leadership. This role requires a developer who can not only build robust and scalable web applications using Laravel but also effectively manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Laravel and related technologies, coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement high-quality web applications using the Laravel framework.

- Architect brand-new software solutions to meet project requirements, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.

- Design and maintain database schemas for efficient data storage and processing.

- Maintain and refactor legacy code written by other developers, including bug fixes and performance improvements.

- Integrate external software libraries and APIs into existing projects to enhance functionality.

- Implement and optimize front-end components using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies (NextJS, AngularJS) to create engaging user interfaces.

-Manage AWS server architecture, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.

- Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Effectively communicate project status, technical issues, and solutions to stakeholders.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Implement and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

- Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage code changes and collaborate with team members.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

Qualifications :

- Excellent knowledge of the Laravel framework and its ecosystem.

- Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.

- Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries such as NextJS, AngularJS, and jQuery.

- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

- 7+ years of experience in project management or related fields.

- Experience with AWS server architecture and management.

- Proficiency with version control systems (Git).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Knowledge of NodeJS, React, Java, C#, CodeIgniter is a plus.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- AWS Certifications.

- Experience with NoSQL databases.
