Lead UX/UI Designer - Wireframe/Prototype Design (7-9 yrs)

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead UX/UI Designer to join our team in Bangalore. As a key player in our design department, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the design process for our omni/e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating intuitive, user-centered designs and leading design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design Leadership : Lead the design process from concept to completion for omni/e-commerce platforms, ensuring a user-centered approach and alignment with business goals. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to elevate the team's design capabilities.

- User Research : Conduct and analyze user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Translate research findings into actionable design improvements.

- UX/UI Design : Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing professionals, to ensure that design solutions align with technical constraints and business requirements.

- Design Strategy : Develop and implement design strategies that enhance the user experience and drive engagement across omni-channel and e-commerce platforms. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to inform design decisions.

- Quality Assurance : Review and evaluate design work throughout the development process to ensure that final deliverables meet high standards of quality and user experience. Address any design issues or inconsistencies promptly.

- Stakeholder Communication : Present and articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, including senior management. Incorporate feedback and make adjustments as necessary to meet project goals and user needs.

Requirements :

- Experience : 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing omni/e-commerce platforms.

- Skills : Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.

- Leadership : Proven experience leading design projects and mentoring design teams. Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve design excellence.

- Analytical : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use user research and data to drive design decisions.

- Communication : Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Portfolio : A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and solutions, with a focus on omni/e-commerce platforms.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.

- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
