About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in implementing SAP BRIM solutions, especially in Convergent Mediation, along with strong technical expertise in JAVA development and integration capabilities. This role will be crucial in ensuring seamless mediation processes, from data collection to billing integration, within SAP S/4HANA BRIM landscapes.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) within the SAP S/4HANA BRIM Billing architecture.

- Define and design the architecture and components for mediation processes.

- Lead the development, configuration, and implementation of CM solutions tailored to client business processes.

- Develop JAVA-based applications and interfaces to collect, process, and mediate metered usage data from various external systems.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.

- Manage and participate in end-to-end implementation cycles of SAP BRIM CM components.

- Ensure the delivery of high-performance, scalable, and robust mediation services.

- Integrate CM with other BRIM components like SAP CC (Convergent Charging), SAP CI (Convergent Invoicing), and SAP Subscription Billing.

- Provide post-implementation support and enhancements for SAP BRIM CM solutions.

- Adhere to SDLC methodologies for project delivery, ensuring documentation, testing, and version control standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing continuous improvements for existing mediation processes.

Technical Skills & Experience Required :

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation implementations.

- In-depth knowledge of BRIM end-to-end process flows including mediation, charging, invoicing, and subscription management.

- Strong expertise in JAVA development for mediation interfaces and services.

- Experience with designing, developing, and integrating interfaces for usage data collection.

- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA programming, web services development, and Java scripting within CM environments.

- Experience working on Digital Route platform for mediation and data management is a strong advantage.

- Comfortable in client-facing roles with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Experience with SDLC methodologies and associated tools for managing project lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

- SAP BRIM CM certification (preferred but not mandatory).

- Experience with additional SAP BRIM components like SAP CC, CI, Subscription Billing, and FICA is a plus.

- Exposure to cloud-based deployment models and remote project delivery.
