Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L2/L3 technical support for all hospital applications, ensuring minimal downtime and fast issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application/database-related incidents reported by clinical and non-clinical users.
- Work closely with application vendor and internal IT teams for issue escalation and application patch management.
- Perform regular MS SQL database health checks , backups, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Write and maintain SQL scripts, queries, and stored procedures for data extraction and reporting.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for application upgrades and deployments.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting steps.
