Manager/Assistant Manager - Implementation(HIS)

* Drive implementation of the product with the clients starting from Requirement collection to User Acceptance testing, Go live and immediate post go live support.
* Build and manage relationships at multiple levels of client organizations, from frontline staff to C-level stakeholders during the implementation project.
* Facilitate client demos and analyze business requirements covering various functional scenarios and client specific use-cases.
* Own the project documentation including functional specifications, user manuals and support documents.
* Define and manage the timeline for the project, in line with the client expectations.
* Provide Key User Training and support the client to ensure sign off at each milestone as per project plan.
* Solid understanding of database and hands-on with SQL queries.
* Good understanding of hospital functions at clinical departments: OPD, IPD, Lab, Pharmacy, Radiology and non-clinical departments such as Stock, Finance, HR, Insurance etc is preferred.
* Must be open to travel PAN India on short notice.
