Medical Representative

Job Description:

We are hiring Medical Representatives (MR) to promote and sell our advanced range of medical equipment and diagnostic devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, field visits, and consistent achievement of sales targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Promote company products to doctors, hospital staff, purchase departments, and distributors
  
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trials
  
• Regularly visit clients in assigned territories and build long-term relationships
  
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  
• Coordinate with the internal sales and logistics team for timely order delivery
  
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, calls, and client feedback
  
• Keep updated on product developments, market trends, and competitor activities

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in B.Sc., B.Pharma, D.Pharma, or any stream (Science stream preferred)
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  
• Willing to travel extensively in the assigned region
  
• Must be self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
  
• Freshers with a keen interest in medical sales are encouraged to apply
  
• Prior experience in medical/pharma/device field sales will be an added advantage
