Key skills for the job
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead post-lead sales coordination, oversee real-time reporting and follow-ups, and champion CRM implementation across teams and geographies. This role goes beyond traditional sales - it combines sales operations, team coordination, and performance management with meaningful client engagement and strategic event participation. You'll work at the intersection of field sales, partner agencies, and leadership to drive execution excellence and conversion velocity.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process Leadership:
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead registration to closure - including documentation, proposal tracking, and onboarding coordination.
- Lead structured and timely follow-ups with clients and prospects, ensuring no lead is overlooked or delayed.
- Implement a disciplined approach using checklists, TAT trackers, and escalation protocols to improve sales process efficiency.
- Ensure accountability across internal and external teams for timely communication, documentation, and service handoffs.
CRM & Reporting Excellence:
- Champion CRM usage across teams - ensuring real-time updates, task reminders, and accurate pipeline tracking.
- Ensure 100% CRM hygiene: every lead, call, update, and meeting is tracked and reported without lag.
- Create and manage Excel dashboards to monitor key sales metrics: lead status, conversion funnels, source/channel ROI, and geographic performance.
- Produce weekly and monthly sales reports to support leadership reviews, forecasting, and planning.
Client Meetings & Presentations (On Need Basis):
- Attend high-value client meetings and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored presentations that align with client requirements.
- Prepare and present project proposals, service offerings, onboarding plans, and performance reviews.
- Act as a strategic representative of RCLLP in key discussions to build trust, clarify deliverables, and address client concerns.
- Support client relationship building efforts through periodic check-ins, proposal walkthroughs, and follow-ups.
Travel & Branch Personnel Engagement:
- Travel across geographies to engage with RCLLP branch personnel, field sales representatives, and agency partners.
- Conduct in-person training sessions, CRM usage demonstrations, and performance reviews to align branch operations with central strategies.
- Collect feedback from on-ground teams and ensure their challenges and insights are looped back into process improvements.
- Strengthen branch-level discipline in lead management, reporting, and client servicing by being physically present when needed.
Event Organization & Industry Participation:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events such as client roundtables, training sessions, and promotional activities.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to manage logistics, collateral preparation, and attendee coordination.
- Represent RCLLP in external industry conferences, seminars, expos, or panel discussions to increase brand visibility and build partnerships.
- Prepare event-specific marketing and sales materials, lead engagement trackers, and post-event reports to measure impact and follow-ups.
Field Sales & Agency Coordination:
- Act as the central point of coordination for field sales and partner agencies across multiple regions.
- Support field teams with CRM tools, sales performance insights, and structured follow-ups.
- Ensure agency teams follow standardized processes for outreach, client communication, and status tracking.
- Evaluate third-party performance with objective KPIs and recommend actions to improve lead conversion and campaign impact.
What You Bring:
- 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales coordination, sales ops, or business development - preferably in real estate, consulting, legal/compliance, or enterprise SaaS sectors.
- Advanced Excel skills - including dashboards, data modeling, pivot tables, and visualization.
- Strong hands-on CRM experience (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) - with ability to manage workflows, automate tasks, and create detailed reports.
- Passion for structured follow-ups, process discipline, and sales system hygiene.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, regional offices, and agency partners.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction, escalation handling, and stakeholder coordination.
Preferred (but not mandatory):
- Background in real estate advisory
- Experience organizing events or participating in industry-facing platforms.
- Familiarity with performance-led reporting environments where KPIs impact reviews and incentives
