Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Reltio MDM platform.

- Proficiency in data modeling, master data management, and data governance.

- Experience with integration tools like Informatica, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, data services, and web services for MDM integrations.

- Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data transformation tools.

Business & Analytical Skills :

- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Experience :

- At least 3 years of experience in implementing and configuring Reltio MDM or similar Master Data Management solutions.

- Prior experience in data governance, data quality, and master data modeling is a plus.

- Experience with cloud-based MDM solutions is highly desirable.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Reltio MDM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and data governance policies.

- Utilize strong hands-on experience with the Reltio MDM platform for configuration, data modeling, and rule development.

- Define and implement master data models, data quality rules, and data governance frameworks within the Reltio environment.

- Design and implement integrations between Reltio MDM and other enterprise systems using integration tools such as Informatica, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.

- Develop and consume RESTful APIs, data services, and web services for seamless MDM integrations.

- Work with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data transformation tools to facilitate data onboarding, cleansing, and enrichment within Reltio.

- Apply strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail to identify and resolve complex data-related issues.

- Communicate effectively and present complex MDM concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Understand and translate business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions within the Reltio platform.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and IT teams, to ensure successful MDM implementations.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, as needed.

- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for Reltio MDM implementations.
