Vice President - Engineering - Solar Cell Manufacturing (20-28 yrs)

Experience:

A) 20-30 Yrs of hands on experience in Solar Cell Manufacturing Industry having knowledge of various Solar Cell technologies.

B) The candidate must have deep technical expertise in Solar Cell Manufacturing Process, Process & Operation, Process Optimization, Rampup, Trouble Shooting, Quality, Cost optimization.

C) Atleast 10 Years similar experience in Leadership Role"

Job responsibilities:

A) Process Optimization - Analyze and improve manufacturing process, Process Control measures, monitor process parameters, analyse data and take corrective and preventive actions to increase productivity, reduce cost and ensure consistent product quality.

B) Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution

C) Supervise installation and commissioning of Solar Cell Production line and utilities.

D) Maintaining production records and analyse trends, Ensure Ensure safety and regulations.

E) Training to peer group
