Senior Site Engineer High-Rise Construction ( Mivan Shuttering)

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven hands-on experience in high-rise building construction, especially using Mivan shuttering systems.
  
• Plan, supervise, and manage end-to-end construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to project timelines, designs, and specifications.
  
• Provide technical expertise in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, survey reports, and geotechnical data to guide project execution.
  
• Monitor daily construction operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and regulatory codes.
  
• Manage the allocation of labor, materials, and machinery, optimizing site productivity and minimizing downtime.
  
• Conduct routine site inspections, detect potential issues early, and implement corrective measures promptly.
  
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth coordination and timely project delivery.
  
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including site diaries, progress reports, quality control records, and change orders.
  
• Regularly assess project progress and report key milestones, bottlenecks, and risk factors to project stakeholders.
  
• Drive cost control initiatives, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure strict adherence to project budgets.
  
• Coordinate procurement activities and validate that construction materials meet project specifications and industry standards.
  
• Enforce safety protocols and quality assurance practices, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  
• 9–12 years of relevant work experience in site execution and project supervision, with a focus on high-rise structures.
  
• In-depth understanding of Mivan formwork systems and other advanced construction technologies.
  
• Proficient in tools such as AutoCAD, GIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Strong command over construction methodologies, site coordination, labor handling, and regulatory compliance.
  
• Effective project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Strong analytical ability to interpret technical reports, engineering data, and survey results.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  
• Team player with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external consultants/stakeholders.
