Job Title : IT Infrastructure Lead

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to oversee infrastructure strategy, implementation, and operations at our Mumbai site. This role involves managing IT systems, ensuring compliance, handling vendor relationships, and delivering end-user support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, infrastructure planning, and scientific IT systems within manufacturing or chemical industries.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead IT infrastructure projects, including server, network, security, and end-user systems.

- Evaluate and implement new tools, manage vendor relationships, and drive innovation.

- Ensure operational excellence, service delivery, and compliance with IT and security policies.

- Oversee surveillance systems, video conferencing tools, backups, and patch management.

- Manage IT assets, data centers, and software tools including Citrix, CommVault, SharePoint, etc.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 10-18 years of experience, with at least 4 to 5 years in a similar leadership role.

- Experience in chemical, agrochemical, or manufacturing sectors preferred.

- Knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA), security tools, and scientific instrumentation support.
