Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Android Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in building, maintaining, and scaling enterprise-grade mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Java and Android SDK, familiar with modern architectural patterns, and have strong experience in integrating SSO (Keycloak), GraphQL, MongoDB, and various CMS platforms such as Contentful, Typo3, or Squidex.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications using Java and Android SDK

- Manage the Google Play Store release process, including publishing and updates

- Integrate SSO mechanisms such as Keycloak for secure authentication workflows

- Collaborate closely with product managers, backend developers, and UI/UX designers to define and implement rich features

- Integrate third-party libraries, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL services

- Implement offline data storage solutions, manage caching, and local database handling

- Work with MongoDB and integrate content from CMS platforms such as Contentful, Typo3, or Squidex

- Utilize architectural patterns like MVC, MVVM, or MVP to create scalable and maintainable codebases

- Conduct code reviews, ensure compliance with coding standards and document development processes

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies : daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.

- Optimize app performance, handle multithreading, and ensure responsiveness across devices

- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned development tasks with minimal supervision

Requirements :

Technical Skills :

- 5+ years of professional experience in Android application development

- Proficiency in Java, Android SDK, and working knowledge of NDK

- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns

- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, JSON, and third-party integrations

- Hands-on experience with Keycloak or similar SSO systems

- Working knowledge of MongoDB and at least one CMS (Contentful, Typo3, Squidex, etc.)

- Familiar with Android architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM, MVP)

- Demonstrated experience in publishing apps to the Google Play Store

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Knowledge of offline storage techniques, performance optimization, and multithreading
