Job Title : Support Engineer Azure App

Location : Hyderabad, India

Shift Timings : Must be flexible to work in Australia, North America, or India shifts

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Engineer Azure App with strong expertise in application support, cloud development, and coding. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of relevant experience in technical support, technical consulting, or information technology roles. This is a customer-facing position requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex application issues on Azure and AWS platforms

- Collaborate with global teams to deliver timely solutions and ensure customer satisfaction

- Utilize strong C, C++, Python, C#, and Java skills to resolve technical problems

- Work effectively in ambiguous situations and drive resolution independently or collaboratively

- Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement efforts within the team

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in technical support, technical consulting, or IT roles

- Proficient in C, C++, Python, C#, and Java

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud platforms

- Strong experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

- Comfortable working in highly collaborative and dynamic environments

- Flexible to work in rotational shifts including Australia, North America, or India time zones

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in Machine Learning, IoT, and Artificial Intelligence

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Python, C, Machine Learning, and IoT technologies

- Certification in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (preferred)

Candidate Profile :

- Minimum Experience : 3 years in key technical areas

- Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
