Technical Support Engineer - MS Intune/Active Directory (3-5 yrs)

Job Title: Browsers (Support Role)

Location: Bangalore

Shift: Night Shift (Starts at 6:30 PM)

Work Mode: Work from Office

Qualifications Required:

- 3+ years of experience in technical support, technical consulting, or information technology or A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field and 2+ years of experience in the above-mentioned areas.

- Technical proficiency in the installation, deployment, and configuration of Internet Explorer (IE) and Microsoft Edge.

- Deep knowledge in troubleshooting IE and Edge.

- Strong understanding of Operating System concepts, such as memory management and resource utilization.

- Deep understanding of HTTP/HTTPS and other application layer protocols.

- Broad experience in web development with knowledge in: HTML, JavaScript, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), Web Browser Control, C# or .NET

- Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, FTP, SSL, TLS protocols

- Experience in web application fundamentals and client deployment of Web/Browser-based applications.

- A good understanding of: Operating Systems, Networking, and Basic Group Policy

Desirable Experience Areas:

- Knowledge of Intune configuration

- Knowledge of Active Directory and experience in troubleshooting authentication issues

- Experience in troubleshooting Chromium-based browsers

- Expertise in networking concepts

- Strong development background (Web or Desktop)

- Basic understanding of Azure Active Directory (Entra)

- Language Qualification: English language Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking
