Role Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and technically driven Technical Support Engineer to join our support team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in technical support, consulting, or IT services. As part of our global support organization, you will assist customers with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and issue resolution across a range of Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality technical support and consultation to customers via various communication channels.
- Analyze and resolve customer issues, demonstrating strong judgment and decision-making capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain case documentation, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure timely resolution in line with SLAs.
- Stay updated on relevant Microsoft technologies and continuously improve technical skills.
- Participate in team knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to support documentation.
Required Qualifications :
- Freshers or professionals with up to 2+ years of experience in technical support, technical consulting, or IT
infrastructure/services.
- OR a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to assist customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
Desirable Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory) :
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform.
- Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies such as :
- SQL Server
- IIS
- ADFS
- Exchange
- Visual Studio
- Prior experience as a Support Professional or IT Consultant is a strong advantage.
Language Requirements :
- English : Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Required
- Mandarin (Optional) : Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking is a plus, especially for supporting customers in the APAC region
