Job Summary :

We are hiring an experienced Application Lead SAP FI CO Finance to lead the design, build, and configuration of SAP Finance solutions. This role requires strong domain knowledge in SAP FI CO, leadership skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of SAP FI CO Finance applications.

- Work closely with business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.

- Act as the primary point of contact for SAP FI CO-related activities.

- Guide the development team and ensure timely and quality delivery.

- Manage project schedules, risks, and deliverables.

- Ensure solutions meet business needs and follow best practices.

Skills Required :

Must Have :

- Strong experience in SAP FI CO Finance (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, etc.)

- Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules

- Proven experience in leading SAP projects

- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes

Good to Have :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance

- Knowledge of SAP FSCM and SAP Treasury

- Strong communication and leadership skills

Additional Information :

- This is a full-time position based in Gurugram.

- Candidate should have at least 7.5 years of relevant experience in SAP FI CO.

- A background in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
