Playwright Architect - Automation Testing (10-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities

- Test Architecture Design : Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient test automation frameworks using Playwright, ensuring alignment with organizational quality goals.

- Strategic Leadership : Lead the development of comprehensive test strategies encompassing functional, regression, performance, and security testing. Define best practices and standards for test automation.

- Team Mentorship : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to testing standards.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and DevOps, to align testing strategies with business objectives and technical requirements.

- Tool & Technology Evaluation : Continuously assess and integrate emerging tools and technologies to enhance testing effectiveness and efficiency.

- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain comprehensive documentation of test strategies, frameworks, and processes. Provide actionable insights through detailed test reports and metrics.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Technical Expertise : Proficiency in Playwright and related technologies Python Experience with other automation tools like Selenium or Cypress is a plus.

- Test Automation Frameworks : Experience in designing and developing scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks.

- Test Data Management : Experience in implementing effective strategies for managing test data, ensuring data integrity, and protecting sensitive information.
