About the Role
The coveted role offers unique exposure, empowerment, authority and wealth creation opportunity for a dynamic business leader to join Neogrowths core team, driven to delivering profitable growth in rapidly expanding non metro cities / emerging economic hubs of the country.
The position involves building, scaling and leading a robust, large, thriving branch network of 50 to 100 full service branches within your circle / state / region delivering exceptional products & services with unparalleled focus on customer centricity and operational excellence.
Candidate Profile:
- Masters in Business Management or CA or equivalent, ideally from a Tier 1&2 management institute, with 14-18 years of leadership experience in banks or NBFCs with P&L management capability and leading large teams across multiple locations.
- Domain knowledge of secured product lines like LAP, Home Loans, Secured Business Loans, Working Capital Finance etc with deep understanding of local markets, industries and customer segments.
- Expertise in building business at scale and speed, with high focus and alignment with audits, regulatory, compliance and governance framework.
- Strong background in lending ( both sales and collection ) to retailers, merchants, industries, and MSMEs in both B2B and B2C ecosystem.
- Proven track record of delivering business results through direct acquisition sourcing channels like Customer Events, Loan Melas, Exhibitions, MSME conclaves,
- Micromarketing activities, local merchant associations, data base calling, roadshows, lead referral model etc.
- Candidate should possess strong business intelligence network, competition knowledge, connects with local bodies, legal, fraud detection and prevention units, and supervisory governance infrastructure of the state to understand new business trends and critical triggers.
- High on entrepreneurial spirit, integrity and passion to build large scale, profitable and compliant distribution franchise.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively for 15+ days in the state.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
- Overachieve circles AOP, P&L, ROA, ROE and deliver quick scale, business metrices and collections performance across the entire network.
- Lead a team and a span of control of 6 to 9 Regional Business Heads (RBHs), 50 to 100 Branch Heads and between 200 to 400 Full Time Employees (FTEs) to deliver circles business metrics.
- Deliver consistent growth through strong expense control, risk management, operational effectiveness to deliver best in class portfolio quality.
- Achieve strong and consistent outcomes related to portfolio yield, tenure, insurance cross-sell, customer foreclosures, Balance Transfer, top up & renewals, Cost of Acquisition (CAC), Sourcing Fees, Opex , marketing budgets ROI, recoveries for the region with innovation, technology and digital framework.
- Good Understanding of the competitive landscape backed with exhaustive market research to strategize and execute business plans.
- Ensure full regulatory adherence, branch audits, regulatory compliance, and in depth understanding of local municipal limits, property by-laws, jurisdictions, collateral management, litigation and repossession standards.
- Identification of branch locations, commercials discussions and closure of lease agreements for network expansion.
- Recruit and train Cluster Business Heads, Branch Heads, Customer Acquisition Managers (CAMs) and equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Ensure adherence to basic business quality parameters, including Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Incorporate checkpoints within the sales process, ensuring quality sourcing.
