Job Title: Webinar and Events Specialist
Location: Chandigarh, India
Experience: 3-5 years
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Webinar and Events Specialist to join our marketing team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing webinars and online events, preferably in the technology, Salesforce Clouds, or eCommerce services domain. You will play a pivotal role in engaging our prospects and customers through impactful digital events, driving lead generation and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars, virtual events, and live sessions end-to-end, including pre-event promotion, event hosting, and post-event follow-ups.
- Manage and operate webinar platforms such as GoToWebinar, ON24, Zoom, and LinkedIn Live, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees and presenters.
- Develop event strategies aligned with marketing and sales goals, targeting prospects in Salesforce Clouds and eCommerce services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, product, content teams) and external partners to create compelling event agendas, speaker lineups, and promotional materials.
- Create and manage event registration pages, email invitations, reminders, and follow-up communications using marketing automation tools.
- Monitor event performance metrics (attendance, engagement, lead generation) and provide actionable insights and post-event reports.
- Stay up-to-date with webinar trends and best practices, continuously optimizing our virtual event processes.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships as needed.
- Coordinate with the content team for event assets: landing pages, presentations, social media posts, etc.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in webinar/event management, preferably in tech, SaaS, Salesforce Clouds, or eCommerce services.
- Hands-on experience with GoToWebinar, LinkedIn Live, and other leading webinar/virtual event platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and lead generation best practices.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., SFMC, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Experience organizing webinars or events for Salesforce Clouds products (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) and/or eCommerce solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing analytics tools.
