Neutrino Advisory - Data Analyst - SQL (4-5 yrs)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset, excellent SQL skills, and experience in data visualization and business intelligence (BI) tools.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, generating insights, and providing recommendations to drive strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to extract meaningful insights.

- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data efficiently.

- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support decision-making.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.

- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance data pipelines and infrastructure.

- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures).

- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.

- Experience working with large datasets and tools like Excel, Python (Pandas), or R.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with big data technologies (Azure Cloud, Snowflake, AWS Redshift).

- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and predictive analytics.

- Knowledge of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and regression modeling.

- Exposure to Python or R for data manipulation and automation
