Technician - Plastic Injection Molding

• Operation of injection Molding machineries & utilities
• Material Handling & Manpower handling
• Responsible for shift activities and production reporting

Operation of injection Molding machineries & Utilities:

• Machine start up and shut down in a proper way.
• Mold change over process
• Process trouble shooting
• Handling of utilities like HRS, chiller, Auto loader & Granulator
• Regular maintenance of machine, utilities & molds
• Make continuous improvement for achieving efficiency

Material Handling & Manpower Handling

• Ensure the raw material condition & color compound mixing all time.
• Always should follow the FIFO like raw material & Finished goods movement.
• Proper identification for the NC components and rework.
• Give a proper training to all operators for safe work.
• Give a proper work instruction & On Job Training to all individuals.

Responsible for shift activities and production reporting

• Regularly follow the shop floor 5S activity and should give a proper training about the 5S to all individuals in shift.
• Monitor the process and update check sheets for making a good quality product.
• Good Coordination with cross functional team
• Coordinate with maintenance team to solve the machine problems quickly.
• Should give a proper communication to production engineer about the shift activities like machine fault, quality defects & material movements.
• Update the production report & other logbooks regularly and give a proper reporting to the superior.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

Required:

• Diploma in Plastic Technology

Preferred:

• Plastic Technology in Process

Experience

5 to 8 Yrs.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

Required:

• Depth knowledge in Plastic Technology

Preferred:

• Product analytical skill
