We are looking for an ambitious, hard-working Lead Generation / Sales Specialist to help our company attract new customers from US, UK, Europe, Gulf and other regions. We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through various channels.
The ideal candidate will possess 4+ years of lead generation experience. Preferable work experience in IT Services and B2B.
Sales/Lead Generation/Business Development Specialist
Work Type: Work from office (WFO)
Work Location: T.Nagar, Chennai
Salary : Depends on skillset and Market standards
Work from Office: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, Linkedin, X.com, Upworks, networking, and industry events.
- Outbound Communication: E-mails, and social media outreach to generate leads.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure high conversion potential.
- Database Management: Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Reporting: Provide detailed reports on lead generation activities, progress, and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Having growth mindset, be self-driven and work collaboratively with the team.
- Strong research and analytical skills to determine quality prospects, search and compile data on companies and potential contacts
- Should be proficient in Excel/Google Sheets to manage lead generation data, prepare reports on a periodic basis
- Be very comfortable with use of various computer applications to support lead generation activities including use of CRMs.
- Should have excellent communication skills to be able to interact with customers to explain the company offerings, schedule introductory presentations, capture immediate client need.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Effective in prioritizing and multitasking and a team player.
