Sr. Executive Procurement / Supply Chain

Education Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree (preferable in Business administration or related field)

Work Experience: 03 ~ 5 years

Collaborate with internal teams to understand their procurement related requirements.
Research and identify potential suppliers/vendors for required goods and services.
Publish RFQ as per procurement plan, preparation of comparative evaluation for key selection criteria and evaluate offers from suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Handling Vendor Registration process, co-ordinate for KYC documents.
Prepare and process purchase orders for materials and supplies. Maintain procurement documentation, such as purchase orders, agreements/contract.
Ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services to avoid operational delays. Resolve issues related to delayed deliverables, quality issues, or discrepancies in invoices.
Conduct periodic evaluations of vendor performance and assess reliability. Generate and present reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance.
Process supplier invoice approval upon confirmation of completion of deliverables.
Ensure ethical procurement practices and avoid conflicts of interest and continuously improve procurement processes.
Reporting on Budget and actual Cost Variance Analysis

Good knowledge of Commercials and contracts.
Strong negotiations and communication skills
Knowledge of procurement software, 3 ways matching.
Proficient in MS Excel

Preferably from Consumer durable / FMCG / FMCD industry
