We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Junior CRM Executives to manage client relationships, post-sales support, and customer engagement for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling client communication efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer queries and concerns with timely and effective resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams for document processing, agreements, and updates
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM tools
- Assist in client meetings and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle
- Handle possession formalities and after-sales support
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate CRM or client servicing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (Real Estate or Business preferred)
