Job Description
We are hiring a talented Landscape Architect to lead design, planning, and execution of landscape projects for our residential and commercial developments. This role demands creativity, technical knowledge, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop landscape design concepts, master plans, and detailed drawings
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and consultants
- Select appropriate plant species, materials, and features based on project requirements
- Oversee site implementation and ensure adherence to design and quality standards
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Landscape Architecture
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in landscape design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office
- Strong design portfolio and knowledge of sustainable landscape practices
- Good communication and project coordination skills
