Job Purpose:
This role will assist HOD in developing Corporate Client Network, assessing new leads, and overall business development of corporate learning solutions for NCDOE. This role requires planning, developing & implementing aggressive business development initiatives to increase revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies.
This role involves developing and maintaining relationships between the university and external organizations, with a focus on corporate partnerships & work towards larger corporate acceptance of NMIMS Distance Courses and Candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Connect:
- Build alliances with corporates for business development of NCDOE's corporate learning solutions.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their learning needs and technical requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, maintaining regular communication and ensuring their needs are met
Sales and Key Account Management:
- Leads Corporate Connect portfolio of assigned territory at NCDOE by meeting, developing and strengthening key account relationships particularly with Corporate HR, Talent Aquistion, L&D, and Talent Development professionals in industry.
- Assist HOD to create and implement Business Development and learning solution Sales Strategy
- Conduct demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the NCDOE's programs, tailor made learning solutions
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Academics, operations, Facility Management, IT etc. for seamless executions of programs arranged in university campuses or virtual learning events
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for creating product offerings, tailored solutions & proposals.
Delivery Management:
- Successfully executes client contracts from negotiation to close in adherence to related company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and organize tailor made training programs, conferences, and workshops as per learning requirement from corporate client.
Dimensions:
- This is individual contributor role
- This position will require travel within the assigned territory

Requirements- Education & work experience:
- Preferably MBA/Post Graduate in HR or related
- 8+ years in sales and operations experience preferably from Recruitment Industry, HR, L&D
