Job Title: Field Relationship Manager

Salary: 16,800 - 18,000 (In-Hand) per month

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 months to a maximum of 2 years of field experience

Mandatory Requirements:

• Candidates must own a Two wheeler for daily field visits.
• Should have a valid LLR (Learners License) or DL (Driving License).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Must be available at the designated work location.
• Should be open to frequent travel within the assigned area.
• Responsible for on-field lead generation by identifying rental properties.
• Capture and upload 160+ photos daily of "To Let" or rental property posters.
• Work in a target-based environment, where attendance is linked to daily performance.
• Ensure consistent lead generation and meet daily targets.
