Job Description

• Are you a sourcing ninja who loves finding the right talent fast? Were looking for driven Sourcing Specialists with 2+ year of experience, preferably in bulk or volume hiring, to support our high-growth recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates using job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
  Perform Boolean searches, resume screening, and initial outreach
  Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for multiple open roles
  Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Executives and Hiring Managers to align on job requirements.
  Maintain accurate sourcing trackers and candidate data
  Ensure strong candidate engagement and timely follow-ups
  Meet daily/weekly sourcing targets and hiring SLAs

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 2+ year (Bulk/volume sourcing preferred)
• Skills: Proficient in job portals, LinkedIn sourcing & Boolean search
• Strong communication, coordination & multitasking abilities
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Availability: Only immediate joiners will be considered
