We are expanding our vendor ecosystem to include sustainable solutions like solar power and are looking for experienced professionals from the solar industry to join us.
Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Development Manager with experience in the solar industry to lead vendor onboarding in Navi Mumbai. The role involves identifying, approaching, and onboarding quality solar vendors and managing the relationship for long-term value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard solar industry vendors (installers, service providers, manufacturers, etc.)
- Conduct field visits to evaluate and meet potential vendors
- Manage the onboarding process including documentation and coordination with internal teams
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure service quality
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for smooth integration of vendor offerings on the platform
- Stay updated with solar market trends and competitor offerings
Key Requirements:
- 25 years of experience in B2B or B2C field sales
- Strong understanding of solar products, services, and vendor ecosystems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Comfortable with local travel and field meetings
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
