Senior Application/System Engineer - Technical Support (5-10 yrs)

Role : Senior Application/System Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Senior Application/System Engineer to join our Bangalore team.

This role plays a critical part in bridging the gap between customer needs and our product capabilities by providing expert technical support and guidance.

You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their technical specifications and ensure successful integration of our products into their applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work directly with customers to identify their technical requirements and determine the necessary documentation to support product integration.

- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, production specifications, schedules, and contract modifications to ensure customer specifications are accurately met.

- Develop comprehensive application notes that clearly outline how to use the organizations products within various customer applications, enhancing product usability and customer satisfaction.

- Design and develop customized test applications, incorporating customer-specific components, to validate module performance and compatibility.

- Act as a technical liaison between customers, engineering teams, and production to ensure smooth communication and effective issue resolution.

- Support product development teams by providing customer insights and feedback to improve product features and functionality.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Proven experience in application engineering or system engineering roles, preferably in a technical product environment.

- Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, production specifications, and product documentation.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions.

- Ability to develop technical documentation and application notes for diverse customer use cases.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.

- Experience in developing test applications or similar customer-specific engineering tools is a plus.
