Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns for federal, state, and local jurisdictions (Forms 1120, 1120-S, 1065, 990, 1040 etc.).
Prepare and file accurate and timely sales tax returns.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including responding to tax notices.
Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimise tax liabilities.
Extensive research on various regulations applicable on corporations at federal as well as various state levels to provide timely guidance to clients.
