We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) based out of Guwahati to drive sales growth, manage a network of dealers, and ensure effective market penetration within the assigned territory.
The ideal candidate will be a result-oriented sales professional with a proven track record in B2B sales and strong leadership skills.
What you will be doing:
- Involved or has done Front lines Sales to generate revenue.
- Direct large dealers sign up following the defined targets in the area allotted.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with used car dealerships in your territory.
- Responsible for collection of subscription fee from all partner dealers and submission.
Who we're looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in field sales.
- Go getter, able to work around roadblocks.
- Strong team player and passionate about Auto industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowhow of Business Analytical tools in analyzing data, forecasting sales, presentations on business metrics.
- Nurture team on leadership skills, dealer relationships and problem solving abilities.
