Chief Financial Officer - IPO - Manufacturing Firm (15-20 yrs)

Role:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving the company's financial strategy, planning, and risk management. A critical aspect of the role includes leading the organization through the IPO process and ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory and public company requirements pre & post-listing. The CFO will ensure financial integrity, operational efficiency and support sustainable growth in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

- Setup and implementation of accounting process and control.

- Business expansion through business expansion initiative.

- Devise and implement Financial Governance and financial Control Tools.

- Strong financial analysis and commercial acumen

- Fundraising through private equity/IPO/Listing

- Technology integration to improve the reporting system

- Cost optimisation by eliminating wasteful expenses

- Financial operations, Bookkeeping, internal audit and audit to be managed for all plants through own team, internal & External auditors.

- Effective planning and management of loan and repayment.

- Oversee all accounts, ledgers and reporting systems, ensuring compliance appropriate Generally Accepted

- Interface with auditors for timely closure of all statutory audits.- Implementation of budgetary controls as approved.

- Timely preparation & filing of Tax Returns for Central direct & indirect taxes and State taxes as applicable.
