SAP FICO Consultant - Implementation & Support (4-10 yrs)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive SAP FICO Consultant to join our ERP team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth experience in the SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) module, with a strong ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions. You will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, support, and integration activities related to SAP FICO.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead or participate in SAP FICO implementation, upgrade, and support projects.

- Configure FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Profit Centers, Product Costing) modules.

- Analyze business requirements and provide effective SAP solutions that align with organizational goals.

- Perform integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.) and ensure seamless data flow.

- Handle data migration, data validation, and cutover activities during implementation and go-live.

- Work with end users and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional specs.

- Prepare and execute test plans, conduct UAT, and support deployment activities.

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement.

- Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials for end-users.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO module in implementation and/or support roles.

- Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling business processes.

- Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration, business process mapping, and documentation.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a significant advantage.

- Knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles.

- Exposure to data migration techniques (e.g., LSMW, BAPIs, BDCs).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
